FONDUE

wednesday was such a great food day. for lunch we wandered over to the crepes area, and JOSSELIN WAS OPEN! this is the "best crepe place in paris", as told to me by multiple people. and it wasnt even exorbitantly expensive. there was a fixed price menu of 10€ which included a ham/egg/cheese gallete (the name for a salty ("savory") crepe), a drink, and dessert (i got the sherbet because i would not have been able to eat a whole crepe. i didnt even finish the gallete).
and then wednesday night was the Bing dinner (free food) in montmartre: FONDUE

i got there early, so i did the tourist thing:
but the food, oh the food. first there was salad and cold cuts. mmm i love salami. i've decided it's my new favorite. and then we got this pot of cheese and a bucket of bread to dip in it:
as you can see i stuck a bit of salami in it. i do wish we had more than just bread to tip into the fondue, though. that would have been tasty delicious. as you can see, i have added some salami to the bread and cheese mix. mmm
so tasty. and for dessert, some apple pie bread pudding type thing....avec ice cream!
and after dinner a couple of people and i went to a really cave-like bar and had some sangria. i saw my evil twin:

red coat? red beret? uh, uh, oh no she di'in't!!
